Rajasthan/ Jodphur

Jodhpur is a city with medieval character. A huge fort at a 140m high solid rock right in the middle and most of the houses are painted blue. If you walk to the side, opposite the main palace and the hotels you can still find the real Jodhpur. The houses are even more blue, the streets are getting smaller and are full with atmosphere. I great place to walk arround. Many doors of the houses are open so you can a get a small impression about living in that town.

Enny was at the mechanic again. A lot of small and bigger problems, made me thinking if this was the right deal in New Delhi. I still was in love with that bike so I let the mechanics their work do. New chain (20 Euros) , new gears and so on. At that time I was thinking how I could torture the saleman of that bike. He promised a lot, but some parts he had used were fakeparts and that was the main problem.
I also spent Happy New Year in Jodhpur. It was not a big celebration in that town and it was really cold. ( At night its has arround 0 degrees)

And also my first accidents happend. The first one wasn't with Enny. I was on a bicicle rikhsa which crashed in annother on in a small street. The second one was on the bike. I stood at a crossing and a motor riksha passed so close to me that he rode over my food. Fortunately I wore my trekking shoes.

Enjoy the blue city:
